Reporting to the Group HR Manager you will play the lead role in the recruitment of a diverse group of team members across multiple properties. You will need to be confident to work collaboratively with General Managers and key team members. Your passion for delivering high quality service to our candidates and internal customers and solutions driven approach will ensure positive results around retention and team member engagement for the business. With your support, the HR team aims to further develop a positive company culture supporting employee careers and promoting our brand as an employer of choice!

In this position you will oversee and coordinate the recruitment process as a key component of the HR function within the organisation. You will be responsible for “end to end” recruitment activities such as: advertising on a variety of different platforms, screening and shortlisting applicants, facilitating assessment centres, recruitment administration and on occasion conducting behavioural interviews. You will also have exposure to HR generalist business activities as part of the HR Team.

To be successful in the role, you will:

- be passionate about recruitment and generalist HR

- have experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry

- have previous experience in using recruitment software and HRIS

- be self-motivated with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve business outcomes

- have strong communication and time management skills

- have qualifications in Human Resources
