The opportunity:
As our Kitchen Hand you will play a valuable role in assisting the kitchen team to ensure a remarkable dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking general kitchen duties
- Washing dishes
- Basic food prepping
- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness
- Assisting Chefs as required
- Assist in set up and pack down of functions & events including weddings

Spicers Guest House, is our impeccable new property to join the Spicers family. It has been an important destination within the Hunter Valley region for nearly 35 years. Over that time both locals and guests have created fond memories of their experiences there. The 18-month renovation of the property aligns it with the quintessentially Australian and relaxed luxury experience of Spicers Retreats. While the upgrade will reflect a fresh contemporary facelift, the comfortable and welcoming spirit of the original Guest House will be preserved.
