- Join our hatted restaurants and award winning Retreats and be a part of the new generation of hospitality professionals
- Two opportunities available to join the team in either an entry level role as an Apprentice or Trainee
- These are unique roles with one located at Spicers Vineyards Estate and Spicers Guest House in the Hunter Valley and another at Spicers Hidden Vale and Spicers Peak Lodge in Western Queensland
The opportunity:
To be successful in these roles, you will be an enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious person who would love the opportunity to commence in this exciting industry! You will have the willingness to commence studying in either a Certificate III or IV in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery whilst on the job, take feedback and try new things. As these roles are also based between two properties, applicants will have the opportunity to relocate and be available to work at other Spicers Retreats in QLD and NSW (from time to time).
